A friend of mine recently took a trip to SoCAl. I asked him if he could check out the banded rocks for breeding colorations, and signs... the answer was negative. Therefore, I think it's still not time, but that they should start mating anytime soon. Keep an eye on yours... I know I am.
My banded rocks are still in a temp plastic tub, a think it's 40 gal. I made a 48x24x22 enclosure for them. The set up it's going to be rocky, obviously. It's not ready yet, I'm still making the background and rocks. How's the set up and enclosure for yours like? Also, mine petros don't seem to eat crickets. Does yours? What do you feed them?
