I am not sure what you are talking about?
If you are talking about a meter/graph, that depics the dangerousness of a particular venomous snake, the color Orange would represent the following: that more than likely an envenomation from this particular species will be lethal to homosapians, without prompt and proper medical treatment. The color Red would represent: that an envenomation from this particular species will almost definitely be lethal to homosapians, without prompt and proper medical treatment.
I personally wouldn't rely on such meters/graphs! There are many species, that in my opinion, are metered in the Orange zone that really belong in the Red zone, and species not in the Orange zone that "SHOULD BE". The Yellow zone speaks for itself: use EXTREME CAUTION! One other thing, there was and now is a very good possibility that snakes metered even in the green and Blue zones could very well be dangerous.
