Some spiders have the unfortunate disorder of "spinning" not ot be confused with Spinners- a spider mix fancy BP. Spinning is head wobbling and is considered to be something wrong with the snake, possibly neurological. Some people have been scammed by getting a spinning spider sold to them, which is very sad. I'd say takje him to a vet and see what's up. make sure they are a good herp vet!
