Help please quickly

My little mali's toes started twitching a while back, and as soon as I made a post about it they stopped. This morning though it started again and spread to his whole foot. Now his whole body is twitching and shaking. I can't take him to the vet until tomorrow and really don't know what to do! Can anyone help my poor mali?
