In 2007 I spent just under $10.000 on 4 boas from a reputable breeder.He has applied for CITES permit back in September 2007 so as to get them shipped to me back here in th U.K. and up to now still has not got this paperwork! It is now 8 Months!!. He must be frustrated as I know I am! Does this paperwork vary from state to state. Ie If you live on the west coast are you likley to get your paperwork sooner or later than the east coast?. | ||
