is my saharan uromastyx healthy?

i've only had him for 3 days now but he's already incredibly tame. aside from that, i've noticed some sort of whit crust on his snout (pic included) is he shedding or should i take him to the vet? also i was just wondering, is he plump enough? (pic included)
