I got a UVA 60 watt (the "blue" one) for during the day which will keep the temps around 80-85. The cage is close to a window so the room doesn't even get dark until around 7pm. Then I turn the light off and temps run around 70-75. I have heat pads as well, but I don't feel comfortable leaving them unattended while i'm away. Keep in mind she has the hide box to sleep in if the daylight (or anything for that matter) disturbes her.
