If you're using Sterilite tubs then their 28 quart tub and their 41 quart tub are the same height and width. You could make a rack that could use either tub. You just wouldn't slide the 28 quart tubs in as far or if you slide them in from the side then just center the 28qt tubs. I don't know about 32 quart tubs though.
