I was reading the comments posted on the USFWS page, and we need to have more herpers submitting comments! The animal rights/PETA groupies are turning out in droves to voice their support of the interstate transport regulation, using skewed "facts" and the same tired arguments about snakes being hard to keep and "poor pets".

Please reread the text of the regulation, check out the guidelines for submitting comments (http://forums.kingsnake.com/view.php?id=1509844,1509844) and write to voice your concerns and relevant data. Remember that this is a data-finding exercise, so do a little research and send in your comments! Be polite and avoid making the same mistakes the AR groupies are making (not citing their "facts", being overly emotional and incorporating personal opinion).
