I have Northern Pine snakes on my permit. (I live in NJ)
As long as you get from a breeder with a reciept they are currently allowable by law.
You better be able to prove it if they ask!!!
Only engangered species are illegal regardless of origin.
No they don't tell anyone that unless you ask lol.
