Hey,

I have 5 sulcats, the largest is 40lbs, the smallest, just bigger than a softball. I've had them in a 30ft x 20ft cinderblocked walled enclosure for the past 3 years, however we are moving to a new home which afords me the opporunity to build a new enclosure, 130ft x 30ft.

The cinderblocks have worked for me in the past as a wall, however it seems impractical for such a large enclosure. So, I've looked into 4 ft high chain link fences as one option, and 2ft high aluminum flashing as another option.

Any suggestions on how to precede? I worry about escapes, theft, etc, the normal outdoor tort concerns. I also worry about $money$ especially with the increasing gas bills. Does any one have any advice on what they've used? What (of what i listed) would be better? or any other radical ideas. my concern with the chain link is that they can see through it. I need help, this is a large area which I've been clearing for my torts, but I also need to not go broke in the process. Any help or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,

Rick Grape
