I am by no means an expert, but I have an idea. Besides that those types of food items should not be the only thing fed, they are treats and contain a lot of natural sugars (like candy to us). The only thing I can think of that would make him sick from eating them are if they had salt added. I always purchase organic veggie treats, and try to get all his food in organic. I wouldn't feed the treats again until he holds down staple greens, like the Escarole you mentioned you would purchase. Other staples should be Dandelion Greens, Endive, and Bok Choy. If he isn't holding anything down, bring him to the vet. I didn't even know Uromastyx could regurgitate, keep an eye on his intake (and output).
