Definitely crank up your temps. If anything, it should only be that low at night or in the winter (depending on location). And make sure your lid is 100% secure. One of my boas has escaped twice by squeezing himself between the lid of the tank. If they can get their head through it, there's a good chance they can get all the way through it. And if they have something to climb on, trying to escape will become more tempting.
