Bok Choy Blooms?

I went greens shopping today, and ran across a stalk if bok choy that looked like hell, but it had a new stalk growing up out of the middle and has two stems full of flowers and buds. Of course I grabbed it and will be planting the stalk to grow, but can I feed the flowers to my uros and DIs?
