LOL... Everyone thinks I'm absolutely NUTS because I let my dandelions grow... I actually grew dandies indoors under fluorescent lights over winter for my Uros. My friends and family thought I was completely cracked after seeing that.



For the bok choy, keep it in water until it has a good root system going, then you could probably cut off the older leaves and plant it in the ground or in a pot, and hopefully the new starts coming off the sides will grow.
