Carrying the heat cable from a retail perspective I have a few comments. The cable that is used in the vision racks is made by ZooMed. I believe they have 3 or 4 different lenghts available. Some time ago when ordering a particular lenght from one of our distributors we were told "it's not made anymore" or it's "discontinued". When this info is transferred down to some retailers they just assume that is the fact. Truth be told, some distributors simply discontinue CARRYING certain products and it's just easier to tell the retailer it's discontinued so they won't go looking to another distributor to buy it from. And the retailer passes that info along to the customer. On more than one occasion we have had to contact a manufacturer to have a product "drop shipped" through a distributor. Sorry to get off topic. As for the vision racks I think they are the best product for the amount being spent.
