Posted by: mikebell at Tue May 6 11:57:27 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by mikebell ] Last year I had two clutches from het albino females bred to albino males laid on the same day, 9 eggs and 6 eggs. The 6 egg clutch was from a proven het. The other female is a het bred by myself. Her mother was a het also produced here that was only bred to albino males. There is no possibility of retained sperm from any other male. I cut all 15 eggs on the same day and got zero albinos. Like I said the 6 egg female has produced albinos before. I'm anxious to see this year what the 9 egg female produces. I don't see any way that she isn't a het, except for some kind of freak of nature. | ||
