The albumin of an egg does have anti bacterial and anti viral enzymes, which protect the embryo from infection.

However if an egg were to be infected, this would not be considered hereditary. The term hereditary has to do with inheriting certain genes from the parent's genetic makeup. For example color, size, shape, etc. An egg acquiring pathogens from it's pass through the cloaca will still be considered as to being infected with the disease not inheriting it.
