Posted by: mbirk at Thu May 8 23:02:10 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by mbirk ] I currently have two ball pythons in the same cage. They have been together for 8 months and are fed live mice. One is about a year older than the other (Ajax is almost a year old). I feed them about 2 times per week and they have always had healthy appetites. The younger ball has rejected his mice now for a week while the older ball is eating fine. Is he constipated? The cage is 90 gallons, we have multiple hide boxes on the warm and cool side, a large water bowl, clean bedding, heat source and a tropical oasis contraption to provide humidity. The temperature and humidity are monitored on both sides of the tank. Nothing has changed to their environments. He seems a little listless while the older ball is active and eating. Is he constipated? there is no sign of runny stool or respiratory problems. What should I do? [ Hide Replies ]
