Yes, this is a bad picture of this little girl, but she is in a shed. I cannot wait till she comes out, because this one is going to one day be something special! She of course, came from the wild and is very different. She has a unreal red body, but her tail is short and more of a black/purple coloration. I have only seen a couple years ago out of Suriname that had anything close to this look and it was suggested, that they were from the more Southern/Mountainous region? Of course, you cannot give allot of credit to that, but she is no doubt unique and looks very little like anything of typical Suriname characteristics. Another thing " forgive the photo " is the top of her tail has got this busy white striping going on and remember, it is Purple/Black. However right under the tail as you can see, is as blood red as anything I have ever seen and I mean BLOOD RED. It almost makes you wonder if maybe, just maybe, she could be from an area were Boas are developing this look and especially the crazy blood red under a dark tail, as a caudal lure for prey? Of course, we will probably never know, but I will keep things updated on this girl. Hopefully, she will do well and show us just how crazy she can get?........John J
