Emaciated Beardie

I rescued a male beardie back in February. He was in deplorable conditions, had cat hair stuck to him, was emaciated (can see hip bones and skull) and severely malnourished. He did not even know what veggies were when I first got him, only got a couple of crickets occaisonally. I am currently feeding him a variety of veggies on a daily basis and super worms two or three times a week. How do I fatten him up??? He has been cleared of parasites and de-wormed. I was feeding him Ensure a while ago when he was injured and not eating, should I continue this?
