w/c hypermelanistic "Miami" phase

I stumbled onto a slightly better pic of this girl today. She was captured some years ago in Miami/Dade County. She had a VERY unusual amount of gray coloration to her background, and a good portion of the latter part of her body had HALF of it that was "jet black" colored!....a strangely unique hypermelanistic animal if there ever was one!

It's too bad that I don't have her anymore though, a long time ago I had to sell many of my snakes due to a necessity that appeared.

The plan was to do some trial breedings with it, see if it was genetically recessive, and then proceed to selectively breed for the most black.......Can you just picture in your mind a jet black cornsnake with vivid red/orange blotches???...wow!
