You seem to follow the same misconception I did. The web is totally controlled by the individuals who operate the site.
It's kind of ironic if you think about it.
There is this open medium controlled by individuals.
oh... I just realized... you can be different than the person who I assume you are in which case you have my appogy... but I don't think so.
