hola...I don't know much Spanish either...but I'll try to answer some of your post...

You said..."les ofresco lechuga romana escarola diente de leon"...I feed my uros (not egypticus, but malis and nigers) a wide variety of greens (diente de leon, kale, curly endive, escarole, collards, mustard greens, etc.) and vegetables (carrots, squash, sweet red pepper, sweet potato, celery leaves, etc.) and a tiny bit of fruit (apples, pears, melon, berries, etc.) Once in a while you can give them dry lentils or peas.
You talked about feeding them mealworms...I have never fed any of mine insects...but I have read that egypticus might need them.
