All the striped ghosts (and cubed ghosts = not many) that I've seen have been MUCH darker than this RIGHT out of the egg. My first thought was "lavender," too. (I assume you mean lavender and not lava.) Lavender is not KNOWN in this line, and the parents are not related to each other. PLUS, the eyes aren't quite right for "lavender," but the snakes haven't had their post-hatch shed yet. Maybe the eyes will look lavender-ish after that shed. It's possible. I'm not holding my breath on it, though.



With that said, I plan to breed at least the male to a hypo lavender next year to check for HypoA and lavedner. I'm with you - it is WORTH checking!
