There are a couple of different kinds of substrate to use as the Uro grows...



7" and UNDER - You should use papertowels or newspaper

7" and UP - Washed Play sand or millet seeds



Never use Calcium sand or sand that has been dyed with some sort of coloring.



Please note that if you use millet seeds, they will eat it and may not eat greens.
