Tom - I saw your stacked Boaphile cages that you keep your MBKs in - they look really good.

In your opinion are the 3' Boaphile cages big enough for adult gophers (Pac / Sonoran) or are the 4' necessary?

My female Pac Gopher is currently is a 4' long x 18" wide display tank on a nice cabinet stand - but to be honest, it's a PITA to clean and really requires a step ladder to get in there, and I'm sure my baby Pac Gopher is going to need something before too long - he's in a shoebox now but he seems to be growing 2 inches a month (collected at 14" in early march) - and eventually I want some nice Sonorans - so I want to start thinking about caging that is easier to maintain, stackable, and will support adult pits.

I like to watch my gopher - she's so pretty, the only snake I have in my living room - so I don't want to use large tubs.

I'd prefer the 3' Boaphile due to floor footprint but if an adult pit really does need bigger, then I suppose better to go bigger from the start.

Thanks
-----
I decided my old sig was too big.
