I certainly want to see what further data they come up with. A big problem I had during the USFWS comment request was that the government people had all these figures that they were spouting off and I couldn't locate the documents that they were getting the data from. Can't determine if their findings are skewed or manipulated or anything. This paper at least provides some actual useful info. I had no clue that anyone was monitoring the body temps of the re-released snakes. The coolest temp in burm territory hovers in the sixties. That's why I commented that I don't think they would even hit north FL. Too many days and nights in the 50s or lower. The data they have showed here was that the regular low body temp(in Nov)they monitored was 65 degrees. Huummmmmmmmmm........ [ Hide Replies ]
