After fasting one entire shed cycle my Pueblan finally eats 2 sub adult hopper mice. He attacked very quickly, just as before.

The N.E. is a real sweetie, handles like a dream, never any indication of wanting to bite or musk. I got him a big dog bowl with lots of empty space under the rim, and holes on the side so he can go up inside the dish and hide.

The funky stuck sheds on his tail are softening up, and some of it has flaked off for me. His poo looks healthy, nothing squirmy in it.

there are six sheets of plywood lying flat out by the meadow, I check them every day, under varying weather conditions and so far have seen about a dozen nice snakes. Mostly garters and a dekay, so far this is the only milk.

With the extra mouths to feed, I started anther mouse colony...
thats 3 harums now.

Regards,
Wayne
