I think that you would probably be okay incubating them in the method that you stated. I incubate my eggs "on a shelf" at 77-80 and have never had a problem.

As far as your girl still having three eggs in her, she is probably pretty tired from all the work of passing the one tough egg and then the rest. I would just be patient and let her recover some energy and then the rest should come. Hopefully anyway! Take care
