Thanks, Rosebuds. Actually, the cat has always watched them thru the glass and they are quite used to it. I had Ana in a separate laying tub and just thought all was OK. I think Lita (cat) got antsy because i was "late for dinner"
Anyway, as I was busy looking up here for Ana, they (both cats) had her downstairs in the kitchen. When I found her - all stumpy with no tail - she was in shock, bleeding with a cut above her tail and a puncture wound on her side. I treated her with the usual and since no vets were open here (I am in Northeast) I called a vet in CA to get some emergency advice for the puncture wound and anything else that I might miss in my frenzy. If she makes it thru the night I'll talk to my vet tomorrow about antibiotics just in case. ----- Chameleon Help & Resource Info
