Posted by: lele at Thu Jun 12 22:58:51 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by lele ] She was so still and quiet when I first picked her up and I figured b/t being gravid and in shock (and bleeding) I'd lose her for sure, but she reacted quickly when I tried to wash her up with saline. Interestingly, she didn't budge when I used the peroxide which must have stung like crazy! She is a sassy little bit*h so I am hoping will be quite the fighter. Her mate, Stan, (their species is stansburiana, thus the names ) just lost about 1/3 of his beautiful blue tail a few weeks ago so at least they will match! [ Hide Replies ]
