Posted by: steno at Sun Jun 15 11:20:31 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by steno ] Yesterday I went and visit a friend of mine that keep some Cuban rock iguanas, very nice specimens, healthy and robust looking. He told me that once, every 10 days, he fed them all with biscuits the same he usually use for his breakfast (?) and some 1 week old bread too. He told me that this feeding advice was given him by some keepers of the Prague Zoo where that kind of Cyclura is bred since years. What do you think about it? Consider that I feed my rhinos with ONLY wild veggies, a bit of fruits once a week and no animal proteins, just trying to follow at the best the guidelines for those iguanas. [ Hide Replies ]
