It is rare that i get bit by a boa and normally the holes in my arms are from pythons, colubrids, and rats but it is that trust that lands the teeth in our faces. I opened the big rack at my work and this boa was sitting in a ball with her head tucked down. I leaned my head back and reached carefully underneath it to pick it up and as soon as i touched her she came flying up straight at my face and came too close for me to know exactly how close but my coworker who was 2 feet behind me jumped and screamed. She is the only boa i have that wags her tail like "look at the bird while i sucker punch you". I lucked out and still have my face and got the angry snake discount at work! [ Hide Replies ]
