Thanks Dave. Here are some comparitive photo's of Louisiana pines and northerns from Ky.




A couple of field photo's of Ky northerns,





This is a captive bred female from the snake above.



Something else that you might find interesting. A photo of some of the old pickles at one of the in state universities of Ky specimens. Unfortunately in poor condition.

I find this sort of thing fascinating personally. There are similarities in these snakes but honestly I believe they are quite different in a number of characteristics.
