alternative to crickets?

id like to order a type of worm to replace crickets due to the fact that ive heard alot of negative feedback about parasites.i know some worms contain alot of fat and are not suitable for everyday consumption. what are the best worms?im feeding 3 dragons. they range from 5-6in/8-9in/12-13in. i know ill have to order different sizes.also where is the best place to order from.i can get phoenix worms at a local pet store for under 7.00 per 100.any help would be appreciated.thanks
