i wouldnt use a worm to replace crickets. not a good staple insect to use. but as for worms, silk works, butterworms, and pheonix worms are best to go with. if you want to replace crickets, roaches are the way to go. lobster and dubia roaches are good to use for dragons. parasites can come from any insect tho, not just crickets. this is why you want to by from a clean reputable insect breeder.
