I think he is more than hypomelanistic, If he was just hypomelanistic he would still have the greens and yellows as these pigments aren't determined by melanophores, yellow is determined by xanthophores and green by iridiphores. I think he is a leucistic collared. I saw a new clutch of these on a european website a few months back. Absolutely stunning, this is a beautiful lizard.
