Best State To own Snakes

Okay Gang,



How is things over in the U.S



I am potentially planning a move to the United States in the Future.



And i was wondering which state would be the best state to start your own breeding set ups....in regards to laws and ease of getting equipment , local giant breeders..e.g Ralph DAvis... Or Mike Wilbanks.



And also whats the best state to go out field herping
