frog or toad ????

My 5 year old came home with about 50 little itty-bitty frogs. He got them at a baseball game. the kids were digging in a grassy field area when tons of these guys came hopin out!!!! They are soooo cute and we'd like to keep a few. Only question is I can I tell if its a frog or toad?? They are about an inch in size. Kinda grayish green with tiny spots. I'd like to know what it is so we can properly care for them. We have a bearded dragon so we already have food(crix, worms) and a 15 gallon tank our beardie used to use. Any help would be great! We'd love to keep them if possible. Thnx for oyur help!!
