I think one major thing is (on the sellers end) the idea of offering a payment plan. To me, a "payment plan" is not a 60 day deadline with at least 25% down non refundable. I treat buyers the same way the "big names" treated me; "You pay me what you can pay me every month, you stop making monthly payments (or contact me if there are problems), you lose the $$ put down and the deal is gone." I, for one, when 1st starting out paid PK over a one year period for an albino that was $2.5K. It's what I could pay at the time and Peter understood that. He worked with me.



So I think if a seller is going to offer a payment plan it needs to be reasonable enough/attractive enough to get ones name out into the trade and make people want to come buy from you.



So be clear and concise if you plan on doing this seller(s).



Good example: How many ads do you see PK or RDR post for animals on any of the sites? Not many because they built a trust and relationship with EVERYONE that was a potential customer or not.
