Zophoba question...

Fed my female collards some zophoba worms yesterday. They ate them like filet mignon, but this morning I found all the worms on the enclosure floor? Either regurgitated or defecated out WHOLE AND INTACT? Now I've seen this occasionally happen before with waxmorms and swifts I used to keep years ago. Has this ever happened to anyone on this forum? Should I be concerned (is this symptomatic of some kind of stress related GI disorder)?
