Sometimes they throw them up like that because some have a hard time digesting the chitin(harder shell) although super worms are easier to digest than mealies. You can use younger worms or the ones that are freshly molted (white ones, nice and soft)



Sometimes undigested food will be found if the temps are not hot enough for them to digest properly. So check the temps also.
