That would be GREAT! But I'll believe it when I see it. I just don't see all of the large cities changing their laws to be less lenient or allowing animals that are now illegal.
On the other hand, if they did an inspection permit like Florida, it would make more sense to allow it. Easier to enforce that way also. That would still require someone with herp knowledge to do the inspecting. We know their track record on THAT subject.
