I hope so too Tim.
However, it would NOT require an inspector with herp knowledge.
All the inspector has to do is follow the guidelines set forth in the regs.
I had a Florida venomous and a Class I permit for 13 years, and the inspectors didn't know squat about herps, they just followed the rules set forth by Fl. Fish/Game when they came to my house for a yearly inspection. The same thing COULD happen in Texas.
I have talked to David Sinclair about this and he has the Florida regs.
