Rot, seeing that the larges ones are still frozen they probably had a small amout of dry ice in their and as we all know dry ice does not last long. I have done the test of refreezing the thawed and that does not work, atleast in my opinion. I have never order f/t stuff as I breed all my own so I sorry I can not help any more. It would not hurt to make a phone call though.
