Holding mini maglite to the egg to check for veins. Veins almost always means fertile. No veins infertile. I don't incubate any egg that doesn't have them. So breeders do. Not every breeder candles. This girl gave me 8 candled fertile eggs that hatched on May 5th. All eight are between 350-450 grams and doing great!!!
