Just my opinion stay away from guinea pigs they seem hard to digest. If you can try to get still nursing baby rabbits and feed them live. Depending how large she is you could also try rat pups live. I have found often times baby rodents really trigger a feeding responce. Be very proactive on this I think it strange she is refusing food after having babies.
