I have gotten alot of e-mails asking the history.so here it is.

In 04 T and I wanted to try our hand at breeding. We had an adult female that we bought from Bill Parks just a few months earlier. She was labeled a Pastel, witch she had the fainted side medallions and light saddles. She had a real light bluish grey backgroung color that turned to Orange half way down her body with very dark tale blotches. So We were on the hunt for a nice mate for her.I found a nice orange male that was 2 years old at a reptile show a few months later and was now set to breed that coming season.

They bred perfectly in the fall of 04 and had a litter of 19 healthy babies on 4-27-05.Alot of the babies came out with some VERY nice colors and patterns. We keep 1.2 of them and raised them up.

Last year,we had bought a female that was SOOOO clean and light and thought right away that she would go great with our male holdback from the 05 litter.

This last fall we put them together and had a beauriful litter of 21 healthy,COLORFUL babies.None of them had baby grey at all, just nice colors and some nice patterns.

I am not much for naming a line(especially personal names) but everyone was loving the name and encouraged us to keep it.Sugar is the mother of this litter as many people know her name and love her.

Nothing real exciting about the history I guess, but gives an insite to were the genetics come from.Below are pics of the grandfather,Sugar babies parents and the Sugar babies fathers sibs.I am trying to track down the pics of the Sugar babies Grandma. She looked alot like f05 female sibs below.

Thanks for all your interest in the S.B.We apreciate it alot!
