Scratch the charcoal bloodred idea that was dumb, there looks to be an increase in mel even on the centers of the lighter scale and like you said the eyes, not so much a lack of red, it's too purple. Definately a project worth pursueing IMHO. At the very least you might have a really nice dark bloodred to work with to keep improving your line. Exciting stuff, thanks for sharing, and congrats on your "freak" of the litter. Good luck
